Logging In - What Actually Happens

We ran through the web login process a few different times over a couple of weeks, and it turned out to be more straightforward than we expected for a property of this size. You start at rivercreeresort.com, open the Players Club section from the main menu, and the sign-in button is easy to spot there. On desktop you stay in the browser, no separate app needed, which feels more convenient.

You can sign in with the email you registered or with your chosen username. It depends on what you used at signup. That detail can confuse people: some try only email even though the original registration happened with a username. Worth checking what you used originally before assuming the login is broken.

The basic flow looks like this

1. Open rivercreeresort.com in your browser.
2. Head to the Players Club section from the main navigation.
3. Click on the sign-in button.
4. Type in your registered email or your username.
5. Enter your password.
6. Confirm and, if it appears, complete the identity verification step.
7. You arrive on your account dashboard with loyalty points and status.

Once the login goes through, your point balance appears almost instantly. There is no need to refresh the page or wait for an update from the system.

When Login Fails

Sometimes access simply gets blocked. After several incorrect password attempts in a row, the account is temporarily locked for about 15 minutes, and during that time any new attempts just fail quietly. Our practical tip here: if you are not confident you remember the password, avoid guessing over and over. Try once or twice, then move straight to the password reset tool.

2. Download the app and wait for the installation to finish.
3. Open the app on your phone.
4. On the home screen, tap the login option.
5. Enter your Players Club email address or your username.
6. Add your password and tap confirm.
7. If you want alerts, allow notifications when the app asks for permission.

On Android, there is one extra detail worth mentioning. In Google Play, the developer name shows as White Ivory Elephant Technologies Corporation, with a Las Vegas address and a support email at [email protected]. That company is separate from River Cree Enterprises Limited Partnership, which operates the resort itself. Before you install on Android, take a second to check that the package name is com.wiet.river.cree.resort so you know you are downloading the correct official app.

What You Can See After Logging In

Once you have logged into the Players Club, the main dashboard gives you a quick overview of your membership. You will see your current loyalty point total, your tier level, and any offers currently attached to your profile. Those points come from play at the physical River Cree Casino in Enoch, Alberta, not from activity on the website itself. The online account simply connects what happens in the casino with what you can view from home.

On the gaming floor, slot machines run 24 hours a day. Table games follow a daily schedule from 11:00 am until 3:00 am. The poker room has its own pattern: open Wednesdays from 11:00 am to 3:00 am, and Thursday through Sunday it runs around the clock. All play that qualifies for Players Club earns points, and those points show up later in your dashboard after you sign in.

Entertainment tickets for events at the River Cree Entertainment Centre are handled separately, through Ticketmaster Canada or by visiting the Box Office at the Players Club desk inside the casino. About the Property

River Cree Resort & Casino opened in 2006 on Enoch Cree Nation land, just west of Edmonton. The resort is owned and operated by River Cree Enterprises Limited Partnership, which is in turn wholly owned by the Enoch Cree Nation. It is one of the key Indigenous-owned gaming and hospitality operations in Alberta and has grown steadily since opening.

On site, we have two full casino floors, six different restaurants, three lounges, a lobby cafe, and roughly 24,000 square feet of meeting and conference space. The hotel has a four-star rating in several tourism listings, with room rates that usually start around CAD 138 per night. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm, and check-out is before 11:00 am, with a minimum age of 18 for hotel guests.
